Kayleigh is so much more than a mortgage broker. When I initially contacted Kayleigh it was out of the typical working hours, not expecting a response however I quickly received a message to say she’ll phone me soon. I wasn’t really sure what I needed and Kayleigh (after a full day at work) phoned me that same evening and not only reassured me, she took the time to listen to me and understand what I was asking for and guided me through the entire process. Kayleigh is not only professional yet with a personal feel, she is efficient with timescales. First thing the following morning I received my step by step email explaining clearly exactly what information I needed to get, with links of where to get it. Kayleigh went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful for all of her hard work. There is no one else I would go to or recommend for any mortgage advice. She truly is the best in the business.

Kayleigh is absolutely fantastic, she is very efficient and helpful, and has been very patient with us! As things have taken us a little while, and we kept making changes. We will use her for as long as we need mortgages. Kayleigh took all the stress away with our mortgages, handling 3 at once which came with complications, again all handled by Kayleigh with ease. Very informative throughout the whole process and will be our go to broker for all future purchases and remortgages.
