My girlfriend and I came to them to seek advice and help with a mortgage.They said they checked it carefully and we could buy a house. Every procedure is almost completed, we have paid the lawyer, the money to check the whole house, then he (Billy Stow) emailed us that he doesn't want to talk to us anymore. , he did not even pick up the phone and give a specific explanation, when we called the office to ask a manager to ask for a satisfactory explanation, they ignored and disrespected customers. . We were really shocked, never we could have thought that a modern civilized country like the UK would have such irresponsible and unprofessional people. The money we lost can work and recover, but the mental damage can never be found.

We had Anthony as advisor a few years ago to secure our mortgage with life insurance on our new house. We got a good deal and everything went very professionally.(5 stars) Few months ago we got a phone call from another advisor to review our life insurances and after a few weeks of back and forth correspondence with the provider finally we got our new insurance deal. We found that the advisor was helpful for a while but then she told us to ring the provider with our questions. Not sure how much commission is on our deal but we have expected more support from the advisor. (1 star off)
