Hallcroft Opticians

After being ill for many years with chronic pain and worsening eyesight I went to Hallcroft Opticians and received excellent, friendly service. I was referred to the hospital and had a brain MRI because my vision problem was difficult to explain. After 15 years of misdiagnosis by doctors, my MRI showed that I have Multiple Sclerosis. Whilst this isnt the news I wanted to hear, I feel very grateful to Hallcroft Opticians for their referral in the first place. I will now receive the correct treatment, thanks to Bonita and her wonderful staff. Many thanks to you all! Xx

The Staff are really friendly, releasing any anxiety once your in the Opticians. Up todate eye testing equipment, hot drinks provided if required. Lots of time to go through the selection of different frame styles, if you need/wish to buy frames. After sales service makes it worth while getting your glasses here rather than online. Happy with the service I received.

A Very clean and very professional place with a friendly atmosphere, I highly recommend Hallcroft Opticians. If you are in the area and need to book an eye test, then you have options. I had options and I am glad I chose Hallcroft. There is nothing wrong with the competition I am sure and I am also sure I you will get an equally professional eye test too. Booking the appointment was very easy and the lady on the end of the phone was very helpful. They took my coat when I entered and made me feel instantly at ease which was a great start. The Optomoetrist, Reena, was very helpful and professional with no sense I was being rushed which I liked a lot. The testing equipment was all clean and worked well. The advice I was given was clearly imparted in a way I understood what the next steps were. I was also given some additional eye care procedures which I am sure will help too. There is parking over the road at the supermarket so parking is not an issue. The price is also very good and from what I have since been told, cheaper than others in the town. I appreciate I can get my glasses anywhere, but think that after meeting such a warm and friendly bunch, I will make them my first stop.

Went to opticians wanting bright colourful frames for a change. Well I found them and am so pleased with service fit and friendly staff. Been going to Hallcrofts for 30 years and Charlotte Bon and Debbie are great. Would recommend 100%.

Hallcroft Opticians is a refreshing change, from making my first appointment to picking up my glasses the service was helpful and friendly. Their attention to the detail helped me choose a fabulous pair of glasses. A family run Opticians I would highly recommend, I will definitely be returning.
