This opticians is in the shopping centre at Morrison's the eye test was basic nothing fancy but provided me with what I needed only criticism my appointment was at 9.00 am and they didn't open until 9.04 .

Great staff and very informative and friendly

I have to admit that this is the best opticians' service I have ever had. First, I had a thorough check-up. The lady was very patient and showed understanding. Then when it came to choose the frames and the lenses a gentleman called Greg proved very competent and helped me choose the frames and lenses. In fact I was difficult to choose beause ot their range and variety and Greg interfered and helped me a lot. I am so grateful to him. Lorraine also showed understanding and tried all her best in booking a new appointment several times, then took the measurements calmly and explained everything in details. Obliged to Lorraine too. In short, I do not hesitate to recommend Scrivens to anyone who needs advice and glasses. Thanks to their team Scrivens is a great opticians!
