The staff were really helpful, and lovely. They even bent the rules a little when I forgot to bring the print out of the voucher I had! Very thorough, and explained everything. There was no pressure to buy, they ran through the available options and confirmed that it was only a small change but may help with prolonged wear, ultimately leaving me to go away and consider what I would like to do. Would definitely recommend.

I was just in Loughborough today to collect some glasses . The male staff member that served me was amazing so so helpful. Although I feel there was only a couple of members of staff on and the shop was extremely busy . They really needed to be more staff on to reduce wait time for customers . I did not have to wait long as I had to state that I needed to be at Dr appointment. The staff member was amazing to me . But I think staffing needed to be looked at today .

Very professional and friendly service. The eye test was very straightforward and everything was explained with regards to my new prescription. Irina helped me choose my glasses so that I could take advantage of the monthly plan.She was so helpful and very patient with me.

They've even arranged to post my lenses to another store for me to pick up, whilst I'm away from home , absolutely World Class service 👏👏👏
