The staff were really helpful, and lovely. they even bent the rules a little when i forgot to bring the print out of the voucher i had! very thorough, and explained everything. there was no pressure to buy, they ran through the available options and confirmed that it was only a small change but may help with prolonged wear, ultimately leaving me to go away and consider what i would like to do. would definitely recommend.

I was just in loughborough today to collect some glasses . the male staff member that served me was amazing so so helpful. although i feel there was only a couple of members of staff on and the shop was extremely busy . they really needed to be more staff on to reduce wait time for customers . i did not have to wait long as i had to state that i needed to be at dr appointment. the staff member was amazing to me . but i think staffing needed to be looked at today .

Very professional and friendly service. the eye test was very straightforward and everything was explained with regards to my new prescription. irina helped me choose my glasses so that i could take advantage of the monthly plan.she was so helpful and very patient with me.

I would like to thoroughly thank alex & priya for their incredible customer service yesterday to get my complicated contact lenses delivered in time for a very time critical deadline, simply the best service i have ever received from any vision express store. they've even arranged to post my lenses to another store for me to pick up, whilst i'm away from home , absolutely world class service 👏👏👏
