Oven was spotless, and no mess left - you wouldn’t have known he’d been unless you knew the state of the oven before! Left it looking brand new. Very trustworthy as I left instructions and I was at work - bonus he doesn’t mind annoying dogs!

Received valuable reminders closer to the time and a message from Steve to introduce himself.
