Booth Wood

First time visiting, had a little wander, can't wait to come back and walk further

If you live nearby it would be a nice spot to walk the dog or go for a run, otherwise it's just a small albeit pretty wood. And it has bluebells in spring.

Very pleasant to walk through. Bluebells in bloom are stunning. Great for dog walking. Orienteering is done here. Local group does weekly activities for children

We walk this alot being close to our home, sheltered if its raining for a wet day walk without getting drenched, bluebells in spring. Pleasant. A lovely walk with the hollow woodland sound underfoot, and great for our dog to have a play around in. Connects accros the road to a good length of track which is a pleasant walk almost to the m1. And in the opposite direction leads out past the oblisk and down to a farm track and a brook further down. Over some fields and towards shepshed.

Booth wood is a perfect little place to take dogs for a walk in the middle of town ,it’s lovely and peaceful nice little oasis
