Nice lady, very good with animals. She doesn't rush, just goes at a pace my dog was happy with. Did an excellent job. Already booked my dog in for his next pampering session

A first-class experience throughout. I received excellent guidance on fluffy coat maintenance and a demonstration of tools and techniques to use. Very Happy Indeed. The Groom was fantastic and extreme patience and sympathy was shown as Merlin was a little restless .
