Doggy & Gabbona - Loughborough - Pet Grooming in Charnwood

My cockapoo has been groomed at least 3 times but the last one was fab. i don't drive so i phoned a taxi half an hour before buddy's appointment ,and said i wanted a taxi asap.when i mentioned my dog they laughed and said no .he wasn't a big dog ,is fine in a car ,doesn't moult. phoned groomer and said i am not going to make it. she knew i had been ill and had been in hospital. she came and picked my dog up from my house took him to groom him then brought him back. lovely lady . that is dedication. she was very caring .he came back looking fabulous.

I took my 5 month old puppy rex for his first groom today. overall it appeared to be a very positive experience for rex, he seemed very happy there, he smells fresh and looks super fluffy now! billie was very understanding, took time to make rex’s first time at the salon positive and gave him lots of cuddles. i’m not sure he wanted to leave as he fell asleep in billie’s arms once they were done.

Excellent service. staff were very skilled with my dog and delivered an excellent groom to the requests i had made. highly recommended

This was our first visit and i was so impressed. such amazing service and care taken. fantastic cut for my dog hank. they made him feel very safe and he came out looking very pampered

Always sends etta back squeaky clean, and very happy on top of that. billie is wonderful with her and i wouldnt send my girl anywhere else now. thanks 😊

Came with a very nervous/anxious dog.. made me feel completely at ease leaving him and they did an amazing job on him. he came home very relaxed and happy! highly recommend!
