Charnwood Surgery

Recently moved to Mountsorrel so this surgery is new to us. Went in earlier to register, compared to our last surgery this is a pleasure. The lady at the reception, Asma, (apologies if I've miss spelled your name), was more than helpful and kind. Surgery is clean, relaxing and professional.

What a fantastic & wonderful surgery this, I have been with them for over 4years now I think !, I'm so glad to be a patient at this surgery. Everyone at this surgery ALL pull together in the same direction which is great to see in the work place of today. Everyone in the surgery are all approachable and want to have a chat with you when you come through the door to the waiting room. The doctors I have seen over the years are truly professional & caring for the patients are are their number 1 priority. The nursing staff at the surgery are of the same too. I have no issues of obtaining an appointments when I require them & getting to see a GP again is no issue at all. So all in all Charnwood Surgery are all very helpful in what they do & for me are very happy in their jobs in this practice. I give my full appreciation of what they do in their day to day workload together with big round of applause to ALL the people who work in the Charnwood Surgery. Thank you.

Lovely practice, easy and quick to get an appointment, friendly service. Breath of fresh air from GPs I have used over the last few years. Thanks!

Limited and difficult access for parking except for small vehicles. Only about 8 seats in the waiting room but turn over quick. Could do with blinds to limit glaring reflections from morning sunlight.

Not happy as of nurses behaviour towards me when I asked for some advice at my last appointment and she has now put I had demanded for test on to medical records when I didn’t demand for anything just advise very rude not apologetic at all and now I have to talk to practice manager so this nurse doesn’t upset anyone else Edit: the practice manager was extremely helpful and has made sure that this sort of thing will not happen again. Thank you so much you have gone above and beyond
