We have used Synergy on 3 Occasions and have found them to be Excellent. They did a Superb Job every time which included mending my toilet system fitting new taps on my sink and bath and they also mended a leak under my bath to and the biggest job of all was fitting a new boiler which was fitted by mid afternoon they arrived on time for every job and were very friendly and cleaned up afterwards and left everywhere spotless. The prices they quoted were very reasonable and we have been very happy with every quote they have sent us. If we had any questions regarding any of the jobs they were doing it was no bother at all to Sam who responded straight the way. We can not fault this company at all they are best plumbers I have ever dealt with. Alan and Cathy Gibson. 👍💯 I have just had another Job done today with Synergy it was a Radiator Valve that had seized up which made the Radiator Luke warm. Lucas the engineer turned up and got straight down to business in putting this problem right. He went Above and Beyond in our opinion as he went through every Radiator in the House checking for Faults and the ones he found he put right and when he left that Radiator was Piping Hot and as I speak that is still the case. Lucas deserves a Medal and his Boss Sam should be so Proud to have an Employee like Lucas on his Books. Price Wise you can’t Fault it - Very Very reasonable. We’ve used Synergy several times (most recently to have our boiler serviced) and have always been really happy with the service! Sam is so friendly, his quality of work is brilliant and is done so quickly, prices are really reasonable too. We cannot recommend Synergy enough!

Overall we had a very positive experience with Synergy Plumbing. We ran into a few issues, but the company were very helpful in trying to sort them out. When some issues could not be rectified, and the works ran into an extra day, we were not charged extra for this. Our fitter was also very hard working and stayed late on a number of occasions to get the job completed in a timely manner. A few days after completion, we had an issue with one of the pipes, and our fitter came the next day to rectify the issue at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend.
