We use a Lighthouse label printer, and recently had a troublesome label design that we couldn't get to work. Within a few days, we had outstanding support from Jason and David who solved our problem and allowed us to continue production. In my experience, they are an excellent company run by very helpful, knowledgeable and likeable people.

We recently required some additional features to our label template that I wasn't sure could be done. Not only were they done, but they were also done in a time scale that meant I could move forward with my current project of creating a barcoding system for my company without delay. Jason Chamberlain was the main reason for this. Amazing customer service.

David Bluett came to visit JG Pears the other day to help set up our printer and do some training on how to use the software. He was incredibly helpful and was really informative. Very personable and friendly. The printer itself is a very good tool, as it has lots of features that can be used in lots of different situations. Thank you, David! :)

I've met Lighthouse at trade show in a line of competitors and did not expect any extraordinary service. But starting with demo/quotation till training session they proved to be the best in that market segment. Any needs were treated with respect, great attention and desire to resolve the case and become better. Great team, perfect customer service, another very happy customer!
