The lady on the phone provides friendly service, helps you through the all the details that you don’t understand. The gentleman who picks up/dropped off the bin has great punctuality and again friendly service. Price is fair, they are unlike any other big companies they don’t try to overprice you if your waste is the correct amount it’ll always be charged the correct rate. Honest company, been with them for over a year now and recently renewed our contract.
