Had the use of a courtesy car. Was picked up on time from where we dropped off our damaged car. Young girl was very pleasant and informative. Pleased with car and the service provided.

When I hired specific vehicle was not arrived as booked however Loughborough branch staff and manager took control of situation and managed to deliver my booked vehicle. Great customer service! Much appreciated.
