Zaid from the melton road branch was very helpful the day we picked a vw crafter. great customer service, well spoken and incredibly friendly. he made the whole experience from pick up and drop off super smooth leaving us with no stress or worries.
Very friendly and helpful staff, zaid helped us before and after collection and explained everything thoroughly. they upgraded our vehicle since the one we booked had a fault, so no complaints!
