Ragdale Hall Spa

The spa facilities are great, and that's why I am giving it 4 stars. The reason it isn't 5 is due to the rooms being quite basic and also the food isn't what I'd expect for the amount I paid. I would still return to use the spa facilities but don't expect much from the rooms or meals.

Ragdale Hall, one of our favourite places. From the moment you arrive , you are made to feel so welcome, pampered and spoiled. The therapists, treatments, dining room and all staff are wonderful. Cant wait to return.

Had a last minute spa day, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Pools and thermal area are wonderful. Attended a very good yoga class and an aqua yoga class. The 2-course lunch that was included could have been a bit better, and the service quicker. However, I would definitely recommend visiting here.

Love coming here, it’s local. Sits in beautiful countryside & the food is delicious! I’d say the inclusive treatments are dependent on who sees you. As I’ve had good and ok treatments there. The waiting staff, and the restaurant staff are wonderful. The pools and rooms are lovely, only the outside pool had a little issue with the jets not working. The addition of the roof top pool is wonderful and amazing views! Definitely worth a visit

Just returned from a 2 night stay - absolutely great ! They did a gluten and dairy free afternoon tea for my daughter - the best we’ve had ! The food was wonderful and they were very good on allergy options. The thermal spas, bubble shower, thunder shower and infinity pool were lovely. Had an MOT massage - fantastic ! The inclusive gold facials were nice but the inclusive pedicure was a bit lame. The chargeable treatments were the best ones! We thought the quality of the room and facilities were very good and we will definitely be back !
