They knew loughborough better than i (a visitor) did. which is good because i needed to be picked up from a place that did not have a drive-up and the dispatcher explained where the driver could pick me up from.

We were visiting uk for a wedding near loughborough. i had an email conversation with dave to setup the ride from the wedding location at end of evening to our b&b. dave indicated they were familiar with both locations and gave me a very reasonable fixed price. our ride turned up, at the agreed time, and provided excellent service, very helpful and polite. i would highly recommend novacab to anyone needing a cab in the loughborough area. many thanks, hayden
