They knew Loughborough better than I (a visitor) did. Which is good because I needed to be picked up from a place that did not have a drive-up and the dispatcher explained where the driver could pick me up from.

We were visiting UK for a wedding near Loughborough. I had an email conversation with Dave to setup the ride from the wedding location at end of evening to our B&B. Dave indicated they were familiar with both locations and gave me a very reasonable fixed price. Our ride turned up, at the agreed time, and provided excellent service, very helpful and polite.
