TUI Holiday Store

I’d like to share my experience with TUI Holiday Store in Loughborough, from the very first visit to the very last just before my amazing holiday on one of TUI cruises, your store in Loughborough has been exceptional in every way, the lady that assisted us throughout our booking process is called Nikita Mesquita, she is a true asset to your TUI store in Loughborough, her professionalism and willingness to bend over backwards and stop at nothing to help me as a disabled individual with a number of complex requirements was fantastic, she had all the answers to any questions we had and even suggested ideas that we hadn’t thought of to be honest, she is very friendly, well presented and always has a smile on her face. Our holiday was truly magical from our overnight stay in a hotel right across the road from Birmingham Airport to the day we landed back home. Every step of the way was well planned from the special assistance at the airport and beyond, we would like to also say the vegetarian food on the flight was to very high standards and the cruise was mind blowing to say the least, we had an accessible cabin and a wet room and the whole cruise experience was amazing. Lastly we would like to thank TUI for the excellent services offered and mostly to your employee Nikita Mesquita for her utmost attention to all aspects of your business.

Booking at TUI Loughborough is always a pleasure. On this occasion we were helped by Nikita who was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. We came away with everything sorted and an exciting holiday to look forward to.

Tiagan booked our holiday for us and the whole process was so easy and quick, she was really helpful and kind. The holiday was amazing and the TUI staff at the hotel couldn't do enough for us. I would definitely recommend the TUI store and the staff that work there.

YARA was amazing, she helped me book a holiday of a lifetime, something I thought wasn’t going to be possible because of limitations with my husband needing assistance but yara reassured me so much that we have booked our cruise. In fact all of the staff in the shop were so lovely and helpful. A massive thanku in being so kind as I was a bit emotional telling them about my husband being diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. Xx ❤️
