The staff were very friendly and professional and they managed to fit my cat in at very short notice to treat an abscess. highly recommended.
I'm new to the area and hadn't got around to finding a local vet. however, the situation escalated when my dogs managed to break into a locked cabinet(!) and eat some chocolate. despite not being registered at the practice, the team at medivet helped resolve my emergency. i couldn't be more grateful for their assistance. everyone i spoke to was friendly and professional, and always gave the impression that the dogs welfare was most important. thanks to their help, 24 hours later both dogs are doing fine. in summary, an excellent and compassionate veterinary practice that i would have no hesitation to recommend.
Air con is needed!!! the vet, me and my cat were sweating buckets🥵🥵 definitely needed a solero after that vist 🤣🤣 my appointment was late but everything was explained to me as to why this was, so no problems there. the staff are always friendly and helpful😀😀👍🏼👍🏼
Just got our cat microchipped and laura did it effortlessly. plus we was 30 mins early than the appointment time. great vibes from this place and have registered the loughborough branch for all foreseeable appointments or check up's. keep up the good work!
