We have been using proclean for our external windows for just over 5 years now. we have not had any problems and get an excellent, friendly and reasonably priced service. we were the first in our area to try proclean. now most of our neighbours also use proclean. paul at proclean cleans every 8 weeks (he also cleans at our son's place) and does a first class job. we also use them for an annual solar panel clean.
Paul is courteous and always lets you know the day before he is due to come, and keeps you updated if weather or circumstances mean he is rearranging. a great job done at a great price- i also recommend fascia/soffit cleaning - an excellent job
