Yoga with Tori Leicester (Birstall)

Tori is a fantastic yoga teacher. Her classes have made a massive difference to my physical and emotional health. Give it a go - you won't regret it.

I highly recommend this lovely class, I always leave feeling so clear headed and chilled. Tori is a wonderfully calm, considerate and knowledgeable teacher, she gives clear guidance and suggests adaptations to ensure everyone in the class has an enjoyable flow whether they are a yoga novice or expert.

My favourite time of the week! Tori's classes have improved my general flexibility. It's also been really interesting learning about the teachings of yoga. Tori is so welcoming and always puts me at ease.

Tori is a fantastic Yoga instructor, I've been to various yoga classes and never felt as comfortable as I do with Tori. Always leave feeling energised and can never wait until the next session! 100% recommend to anyone wether you're a beginner like me or more advanced - the classes are for all abilities and the best bit is theres no judgement (even when i can't touch my toes)! 😁

Tori is an excellent yoga instructor. The class is really relaxed, friendly and I felt very at ease within moments of being there. I highly recommend you give the class a go!
