Sam was so helpful today, he assessed and booked in my mini for a repair on my windscreen. ross was on hand to repair the damage which i can say was superb. the professionalism and advice was outstanding from both. i will definitely return to this store, even though it’s not the nearest one to me.
My husband went in chatham store today and a very helpful young man called rob deserves a lot of praise. he helped my husband replace the battery on his key fob and spent a lot of time checking the correct oil for my car. he was very attentive, polite and a credit to the chatham store
