Sam was so helpful today, he assessed and booked in my mini for a repair on my windscreen. Ross was on hand to repair the damage which I can say was superb. The professionalism and advice was outstanding from both. I will definitely return to this store, even though it’s not the nearest one to me.

My husband went in Chatham store today and a very helpful young man called Rob deserves a lot of praise. He helped my husband replace the battery on his key fob and spent a lot of time checking the correct oil for my car. He was very attentive, polite and a credit to the Chatham store

Parts ordered arrived quickly and appointment for fitting 3 days later. Arrived and was seen straight away. Left keys with the technician and went shopping and lunch. Arrived back and everything was fitted as expected and working perfectly. …
