Purchased a new build property from them in Chatham in December 2022 called Elysium House in Chatham and they’re over 100 snags which I am still waiting to get resolved. As soon as you’ve exchanged, they want nothing to do with you and service changes. I regret purchasing from them. Will not recommend!
