I’ve never used a rental/lettings company before and was always a bit sceptical about hidden charges etc. but the ajax team have been brilliant and really helpful from the start. i’ve had to extend my rental on many occasions and they have been very understanding and helpful.
I have rented a garage from ajax for several years now for storage. delightful people to deal with, always happy to help. always prompt invoices sent via post but would prefer email in this day in age. overall good experience, would recommend
