Essex Acupuncture Rooms has been a great find for me and are my go-to for pain and stress relief. Colette has helped me on several occasions initially with pain relief for Bells Paley’s. Whilst this an ongoing condition my visits to Colette really do bring me great relief with the pain and stress that comes with this condition these sessions have made a difference to me which have been invaluable. Colette also worked her magic on an knee problem, an old injury that I thought would get better in time, walking was painful and I struggled when walking downstairs, after one session with Colette pain was greatly relieved and I was able to walk up and down her stairs pain free and without holding on the handrail! I would recommend Colette 100%, she is a great listener and with her wealth of knowledge you are in safe hands, I have often fall asleep while having a treatment and I leave feeling that I’ve been cared for and understood which I find I don’t get I go to the Doctor.

I was highly recommended to Colette as I had suffered awful fatigue since a stroke almost two years ago. Colette came highly recommended to me via another acupuncturist. On my first visit I could hardly walk, I had extreme pain in my lower back, pelvis and both legs. I had two walking sticks to help me move. Colette took time to fully evaluate my condition as well as taking a full medical history. I then had the best acupuncture experience I have ever had. By the end of my appointment I had zero pain in my right leg with only a tiny bit of discomfort in my left leg. The zero gravity chair was an absolute joy to relax into, taking the pressure off my lower back. Colette explained why certain needles were placed in specific areas, which I found really interesting. I left that first appointment in absolute body relief, all that pain in moving was eased. I have subsequently gone back for further treatments and each time there are improvements in my body, ease of pain, range of movements. Colette is definitely one of the best acupuncturist I have ever been to and I will definitely be staying with her for what I call my body maintenance. Thank you lively colette.

After 8 months of suffering with a frozen shoulder!!! With just 2 appointments i can’t believe the relief, absolutely amazing! I can now dress without help!! I can brush my hair, i was in so much pain ! Now im so much more mobile and pain free . I highly recommend this amazing woman xxx

After two hip replacements within a space of 9 months I was left with excellent hips but arthritic/carpal tunnel wrists/hands from over use of crutches & chronic tendonitis in my foot which has prevented me from walking anywhere other than limited staggering inside my home. I have had two sessions with Collette over a two week period and in my view she is an acupuncture Goddess. The last 3 days I have turned a corner, I am now able to walk...finally!! I can use my hands again & as an artist this is vital to me. I recommend Collette 100%
