I went to Helen as I was suffering from lower back pain and sciatica which had been ongoing for almost two years. I found Helen professional and caring in her approach and I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my consultation and treatments. I noticed a positive change in my condition after my first treatment and, after a further three sessions plus following Helen's advice on appropriate exercise and stretches, my back pain has gone. Helen treated me for back, neck and shoulder pain for a couple of months. After previously visiting a chiropractor and physiotherapist I had finally found a treatment that worked and I was able to notice a difference almost immediately. I had been recommended acupuncture for fertility & anxiety by a few friends following a number of miscarriages & difficulties with conceiving my second child, so I found Helen via the Harmony Centre near Halesworth. I started working with her at the end of January 2023 and saw her weekly up untill May. She was thorough and conscientious in her approach and I really enjoyed our sessions both from an acupuncture but also from a sounding board perspective! I am pleased to say that I fell pregnant in April completely naturally having thought we were going to need to go down the IVF route. I kept the acupuncture sessions going untill my 12 weeks scan and the pregnancy is progressing absolutely as it should be. I would highly recommend Helen for fertility/anxiety specific acupuncture!

I have visited Helen for acupuncture to help manage my severe nausea caused by post viral syndrome following a covid infection. After suffering for four months I was also pretty anxious too. Helen really helped to relax me and over the course of a few visits my nausea improved dramatically. I have never had acupuncture before and found the whole experience relaxing and calming.
