Redeemed my free MOT as a Halfords premier member. Booked in for an oil change as well. Turned up with vehicle friendly welcome from the staff. The first thing they did was MOT the car around two hours of dropping it off. Which I then got a notification from an app. I have. to tell me if my car has failed and MOT. I called, and they told me the car had failed on the missions. So I asked, did you have the car hot before you tested it? The answer was yes, and they can put something called. I said why don’t you change the oil first and I’m sure this will help, because I definitely do not want anything being put through the engine.
