Blossom Bakery made my Daughter's woodland themed birthday cake. Gluten free and vegan vanilla buttercream cake, was absolutely delicious. The design exceeded my expectations, I was so pleased! Thank you Helen x

What can I say!!! I was recommended and I was not disappointed. I had no idea what I wanted just knew my 3 year old loved farm animals and I wanted it personal. We came up with the farm theme and I left her to do her magic ! The cake was beautiful photos do not do it justice and the cake it self was delicious! I was secretly hoping there was going to be more left over for me even after having 2 slice 😊 Thank you for being so responsive and soo soo helpful. Amazing lady and amazing work. This is now my go to! Thank you so much again hun 💕

I ordered the cakes for my husband’s 70th birthday. Both were carrot and walnut, but one was dairy free. The cakes looked fantastic, and tasted delicious, you couldn’t tell any difference between them. There were a lot of compliments from our guests, on the cakes.The cakes were incredibly moist, and packed full of carrots and walnuts. I would certainly recommend Helen, and would happily use her services again.

I ordered scones and cupcakes and they were fab! Went down a treat for an afternoon tea I was hosting. Easy process to order and collect. Helen was super responsive. I would absolutely recommend her to others and will be using her again in the future.

Helen made mine and my now husbands wedding cake/treats and it was absolutely amazing! It looked beautiful and all the treats were absolutely delicious. Helen really took the time to listen to what we needed, especially since I required everything to be dairy free. I think we tried a total of maybe 15-20 different cupcake flavours, all dairy free, and they were all delicious. We settled on lemon drizzle for the main cake, 3 different cupcake flavours, biscoff, raspberry Victoria sponge with meringues and coffee and walnut. We also had white chocolate chip cookies, milk chocolate chip cookies and some very pretty iced shortbread biscuits. Everything was dairy free which meant I did not have to miss out on anything on my wedding day. Helen will definitely be our go to cake lady in the future! Very very tasty, reasonably priced and extremely helpful. Loved the cakes and treats. Thank you Helen for our beautiful wedding cake!
