Best bike shop for miles around. customer service is exceptional. they always make sure you are happy without any pressure of purchase. all the staff are amazing and offer awesome advice. i wouldn't go anywhere else.

After coming off my bike due to mechanical failure i went into their shop for the 1st time on saturday afternoon with an out of shape wheel and a missing part for my bike. they were flat out with work but took the time and sourced me the correct part which had caused my mechanical failure. i left my wheel with them to repair they said if they got time they would get it fixed. i really wanted to go for another ride out as it was a bank holiday. 2 hours later i got a phone call to say it was all done. they were so efficient and incredibly helpful, they couldn’t do enough to help. i would highly recommend this place and i wouldn’t go anywhere else. so honest, helpful and trust worthy 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The guys at giant chelmsford are a superb group. ben helped me out with my bike, he is incredibly knowledgable and very helpful. the work they did was great, strongly recommend.
