Claire and her team are super efficient and knowledgeable. They fitted the original blinds in 2009 and when we contacted them to have the blinds changed Claire knew who were before I told her! Impressive and a rarity these days. Highly recommend them.

Great example of customer service. Bought vertical blind from the Blinds Shop a couple of years ago. Our spaniel accidentally fell over on the bottom of the blind and broke 4 of the slats at the bottom. Phoned Claire and she agreed to replace them immediately. Went in shop next day , picked them up and I fitted them the next day. Job done. No questions asked, no money exchanged hands even although I did offer and absolutely no hassle. If only every little mishap was dealt with like this. Thank you Claire.

After getting quotes from the usual big blinds companies and not finding what I wanted specifically nor at a good price, I popped into The Blinds Store in Chelmsford and quickly found the right type of narrow wooden blind I was looking for. One of their fitters visited my new garden studio up the road in Kelvedon and quickly measured up and ordered my chosen design. This arrived within a fortnight and was fitted in a matter of minutes and is exactly what I wanted. Thank you to Claire and the team for excellent local service at a competitive price. A wonderful find close to the centre of Chelmsford. Having been let down by John Lewis, I was recommended to investigate The Blinds Store. It's always busy (good sign) and Claire knows all there is to know about blinds and how the product would match your needs. Much, much better value than store aforementioned! Supply was quick and expertly installed in no time at all.
