John came on time, worked quickly and helped me move my furniture I could not move myself. I had a couple of little stains which was removed once the carpet had been cleaned - I have a thick carpet and happy to report it was dry the same evening - very pleased with the overall service. We had Mark from Ingatestone clean our two sofas and dining chairs. I booked them on the same day as they had availability, they were well priced (after comparing a lot of quotes) so decided to book them on the same day. Mark was probably the friendliest and nicest person I have had do any work in our house. He worked hard for three hours and our furniture looks brand new, we will definitely be rebooking in with carpet-care in the future and hopefully the company will continue to have Mark working for them. One thing to note is that the head office say 2-3hours for the sofa to dry - make sure you book them knowing it’s a good 6 hour dry time if not more. This is absolutely fine for us as I knew that was incorrect, but if I would have booked in thinking they would dry so quickly like told then I could have been disappointed.
