Cannot recommend highly enough. our carpets were in a bad way with stains and continuous foot tread which had flattened the fibres. such a great service arriving on time and explaining everything. stubborn stains have been treated and removed and carpet fibres have been lifted, looks like my carpets are brand new. aftercare advice given, such a friendly, professional company will definitely be using again.
