The purchasing process was very pleasant. A guy from the company concted me to shortly after I placed the order. Originally I purchased a phone in a different color (than the one I wanted) and they concted me straight away when they found out they didn't have the color I wanted to offer an alternative. The same sales representative also helped me out a lot when the postal services didn't update the tracker. Overall great experience, would recommend.
