How nice to find a company that values customer service as much as this. not only are chelmer chimneys qualified in all areas to advise about the best way to manage keeping our log burner and chimney clean and efficient, but the pride mark takes in his work is second to none. if you live in the chelmsford area and have an open fire or a log burner - honestly, you have to give this guy a go. and we even get a friendly annual reminder through from them now and it makes keeping it all clean and safe just so easy. well done chelmer chimneys - there are other businesses that could learn a lot from your approach. we won't use anyone else!

Have been using chelmer chimney services for many years now and have been really happy with their work. no mess, all precautions taken during the covid-19 and i would highly recommend to anyone. a certificate is given to prove the work has been carried out and that the necessary alarm for carbon monoxide is fitted and working. this is for peace of mind and proof for house insurance etc.

Sandra was great with the communication prior to the appointment. everything from scheduling to invoicing was smooth and professional. they’re busy at this time and i got an appointment in november, however, i was added on a cancellation list and got an appointment weeks ahead of the original date. sandra’s husband mark was professional, tidy and was kind and patient with my 6 months old doberman pinscher. you can pay cash or via bank transfer and they send you the certificate without delay once the work is complete. they’ve got a new lifelong customer, i’m already booked in for next year. highly recommend.
