Zenxi

We ordered salt and pepper squid, chicken in black bean sauce, roast duck with orange sauce, steamed rice and stir fried veggies and banana fritters. the food was beyond amazing!

Belated 30th birthday dinner for my son & we were looked after superbly. all dishes were beautifully presented, tasty, hot and the service was impeccable. thoroughly recommend for a special evening.

The food presentation is nice but the quality are very average from starters to main if you consider only the quality, is quite below average considering the price. the cocktails are very expensive for what you get, low market liquor brands with low quality mixers for a high price. the service is good and prompt with enough staff. the atmosphere is nice, with nice decor and background music. we had probably high expectations considering previous reviews, photo reviews and pricing. cant recommend any dish as all we tried were quite average, but the asparagus with scallops i definitely don't recommend. a bit disappointed but overall an ok experience.

Very enjoyable first visit to zenxi on new years day with family, upmarket decor, outstanding service and delicious food. quite pricey, but highly recommended for special occasions. only issue we had during our 4pm sitting was the noise being generated by a child with i pad type device playing games at high volume, without any consideration for other customers, however the situation was addressed by staff after complaints, it’s difficult to understand the thinking process of the child’s parents ! will definitely return, but for a evening booking rather than sunday afternoon.
