I bought my latest pc there and got excellent service. a couple of weeks ago i needed urgent repair and it was done within an hour. wonderful! the only concern was that the member of staff who served me (not someone i dealt with before) made me feel very intimidated by his manner. i hope he doesn't do it next time i need help.
