Tim is certainly The Dog Whisperer! Incredible work with my rescue GSP Hope, she is finally accepting that it’s not so scary outside. Worth every penny for the intensive training she received. We can’t thank Tim enough 🙏

Tim helped us massively with our first dog - from helping us chose the correct pup, to a home visit to make sure that we had the correct setup and initial disciplines in place, to then having our dog for 10 day residential training. Loads of videos whilst she was away showing progress, she returned a superstar! Thanks Tim, and Karen too of course for looking after her so well x

Met Tim a couple of weeks ago to help train our 3 1/2 month old Rottweiler puppy. Showed us how to do recall, walking to heel and keeping him calm and engaged when training. Had great patience with us and Stoic. Had a great 1 2 1 session and training is going well, I would definitely recommend Tim and the Essex Dog Training.

We were about to return our dog to the rescue as he has bitten a couple of times and is a very strong reactive Malinois - The whole family had a session with Tim last Saturday and have received our training guide by email. I found Tim by accident whilst googling but the fact he was a Police dog trainer prompted us to go with him, plus a very frank conversation with him before our meeting. We had such a good session and we all came home buzzing to help our dog as Tim said he's a great dog but has no confidence. Tim was training us as well as Starsky so now we are all on the same page. We will be booking another session with him at some point once we've had a few weeks to put our new training in place and I will definitely be recommending him.

We had never left Casper in kennels before so were a little nervous. Tim reassured us by posting videos daily and additionally explained training techniques illustrated in the videos. When we collected Casper, Tim took the time to explain clearly how to deal with reactivity to other dogs when walking him. Having spent time with Casper he knew him well. We are using the techniques and they are working very effectively. I would highly recommend Tim to help if you have a reactive German Shepherd.
