Andy was recommended by another engineer who wasnt available to diagnose and fix an oven fault . arrived at the time he said he would and very quickly went about diagnosing the issue . obviously knowing his stuff he found the fault and repaired it on the spot . he could have said it needed a new part and then billed me for a second visit and replacing a part which was actually repairable . honest , efficient ,knowledgeable , which is what you need when working with tradesmen you havnt used before , reasonable charge to boot . happy to recommend in future . thanks .
After being let down badly by another company i contacted eda on a saturday morning and left message not expecting a call back until monday but they rung me back and booked me in for monday morning. they turned up on time and quickly repaired our washing machine at a good price. highly recommend
