Andy was recommended by another engineer who wasnt available to diagnose and fix an Oven fault . Arrived at the time he said he would and very quickly went about diagnosing the issue . Obviously knowing his stuff he found the fault and repaired it on the spot . He could have said it needed a new part and then billed me for a second visit and replacing a part which was actually repairable . Honest , efficient ,knowledgeable , which is what you need when working with tradesmen you havnt used before , reasonable charge to boot . happy to recommend in future . Thanks .

After being let down badly by another company I contacted EDA on a Saturday morning and left message not expecting a call back until Monday but they rung me back and booked me in for Monday morning. They turned up on time and quickly repaired our washing machine at a good price. Highly recommend
