RCD fuse tripped, choice of options as to what had caused it. Called the company on a Saturday evening, was here in 20 minutes. Did various tests and isolated the problem (our elderly immersion heater). Very professional, polite and efficient, really pleased with the service.

My power went off at 19.00, I rang Bryden Electrical and Hamilton arrived about 30 minutes later. He discovered it was an external fault so he rang UK Power to explain the problem. He checked everything was safe before he left. He was very professional and explained everything he had done. Highly recommended.
