We instructed backhouse for the sale of our old house and purchase of our new one, and were brilliant from start to finish. james, megan and melanie were all courteous, helpful and quick to respond to any queries or questions. if we needed something explained or clarified, they did so with alacrity. i don't think we had to chase for any updates or for them to push anything through and in fact, our estate agents even commented how speedy and helpful they were. all in all we were very happy with the service and would definitely use backhouse again.
