As a first time home buyer the whole process can be pretty daunting however, i think i’ve met a mortgage broker for life. initially spoke to a total of five mortgage brokers before proceeding with lucy at william h brown. a huge thank you to lucy swift who has been accommodating throughout the whole process. has gone above and beyond to support and help with this confusing home ownership process. i’ve already highly recommended lucy, and if you are going for a mortgage application and in need of a broker, i can’t recommend lucy high enough so nice to speak to someone who speaks to you like a human being rather than a machine talking back at you. in all honesty, i needed the process really simplified. as it’s been completely new and scary territory for myself. but nice to talk to someone on a level, but also someone who is super professional. if you’re in need of a broker, lucy swift is the one.
