The staff at Furniture Village Chelmsford were great. Stuart helped us with our purchase and he had exactly the right level of interaction. He gave us space when we needed it but was on hand to answer all the questions we had and explain all our options which made this an easy process. Thanks!

Caroline (Sales Consultant) was a great ambassador for Furniture Village and exceptional customer service. She was friendly, informative and extremely helpful. I had planned on just shopping around, but the deal and the customer service couldn't be beaten. Wonderful overall experience. Within just a few days of purchasing a new bed, I was back, this time for a new suite. This time I had the lovely Patricia as a Sales Consultant who showed to me that this Chelmsford store really does have exceptional customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for Patricia and she was very patient with me whilst I made my mind up on what style and colour I wanted and then checking on lead times. Store Manager (Andy I think), was again very helpful and cheery. Another great sales experience.

We went in to buy a new sofa today and meet a lovely colleague Called called Lynne Howett. She was very supportive and kind and very understanding to our needs, she went above and beyond. Explained everything in detail for us to understand. She is a credit to your team, if there was more of Lynne then every shop would be even better. We would like to thank her once again. We look forward to receiving our new sofas soon.

Really good deals and really helpful staff. Gareth was really friendly and made sure we got exactly what we wanted while staying in our budget.
