Roller Door would not rise. Phoned and Stuart said, be there 9 next morning. Arrived at 9. Stuart quickly stripped the door housing down, explained what was wrong and quoted a price. He then said that he would bring the parts needed, returned in an hour. As he progressed the repair he showed me the worn part. and explained the problem. He worked quickly & obviously knew what he was doing. All back working in 4 hours. Excellent professional work. What a great service I received from Ace Garage door Co. Stuart was very good replying to my emails over the bank holiday and arranging a visit to see what the problem was with my garage door. He was very professional and honest, he could have told me I needed a new door as I didn’t have a clue but he didn’t. He said he could repair it and he did within 2 hours.
