Really pleased with my two doors, high quality product and great installation service. no mess, no fuss, installed on time and easy to use! very happy.
I had a door fitted and all was excellent but after many months use a cosmetic issue started which gradually got worse. i spoke to natalie who booked a visit in with the owner to attend and check what was wrong. wayne duely visited, saw the issue straight away and ordered a whole replacement curtain which has now been fitted. excellent no quibble customer service and workmanship. recommended.
I would highly recommend essex prestige doors, they are professional, punctual and very friendly. the lady i spoke to initially on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable, she explained all my options to me carefully and clearly. my old door was removed and replaced with a new one. it was fitted perfectly, the paint finish on the door is lovely and they removed all the rubbish properly when they left.
