Rush Hair Chelmsford

I had a full head of colour done at Rush. I haven’t been to rush for at least a few years, as I remember last time I wasn’t impressed by the service, but being so long since I last was there and being cancelled by my original salon, I decided to give rush another go. The person who was doing my hair to begin with was so lovely, wouldn’t fault a thing about them, was willing to listen and give advice, very polite and talkative, made me feel comfortable, however I did not have them for my whole time there, I had another person wash my hair and another person dry it. I would’ve definitely preferred to have stuck with one person throughout the process. I paid an extra £32 for this Olaplex, which is extremely pricey considering I had maybe one pump of the product whereas online i could buy a whole bottle for £28 :( It was brushed through my wet hair once, I did not feel like £32 was worth it at all! My hair feels no different too if it had just been washed with normal conditioner. Overall, I feel a bit let down by the end result, having cost so much and not having the result I’d have hoped for.

Lina cuts my hair and she’s wonderful! My hair always looks and feels amazing when I leave the salon! Lina always gives helpful advice on what suits my hair best and is always professional, friendly, and approachable. I always find it easy to make an appointment at the salon, and they take care to make your experience and enjoyable one, with refreshments always offered. I particularly love the fact that they give reward points that I can collect; thanks Rush!

Had the loveliest experience at RUSH. Service was time efficient and all members of staff were polite and chatty! Offered drinks and Louise one of the managers was so reassuring as I was nervous to try a new salon! They exceeded expectations! Charlotte done amazing with my full head foils/toner. Walked out feeling beautiful and satisfied with my hair! Will defiantly be going back to have more treatments done!

I haven't been to a hair dressers in years after moving from the north, I decided after seeing so many lovely reviews for Rush Chelmsford that I would pop in for a chat. Firstly I spoke to Louise who's honesty and knowledge of hair really impressed me. My hair was so damaged from my own stupidity but she worked her magic to help bring my hair back to life. Then Billy came in and cut away all the dead ends creating what I can only call a masterpiece! He is truly an artist with his scissors. Thank you so much Louise and Billy, you have made me feel beautiful again. I will only come to you guys for now on, I have taken all the information you have given me and will follow all your instructions in the road to my hairs recovery.

Louise literally saved me. Went in 3 days before a wedding with overly bleached hair that I needed a quick fix for & a tight schedule with uni. She managed to squeeze me in & give me exactly what I wanted, but also put my hairs health as a priority. She suggested we didn’t do a bleach & instead a treatment and tone. Left with fresh cute hair with no extra damage!! So much trust in her will be going back for sure
