Graeme from first contact was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. he responded efficiently to calls and messages and gave realistic timescales and reasonable quotes. he is well connected in the field and so was able to help us with the underlying problems which became apparent. graeme went above and beyond and responded to our crisis call out of hours for which we were grateful. he is a perfectionist, knows his trade very well and produced results of a high standard. we will definitely be using him again and would definitely recommend his services to others.

Excellent job. arrived promptly to look at the job, quickly provided written quote and work done soon after we asked graeme to go ahead. on the day arrived as promised, did a really great job (new pig's ear banister). this included a difficult joint in one part of the rail which is absolutely perfect! friendly and cleared up, can't really ask for more! we will definitely have graeme do other work and certainly recommend him.
