I commenced my employment with In-homecare Chelmsford in February 21. Working with Mathias and Natasha the CEO's of the Chelmsford office. I was made to feel very welcomed at the start of my position as deputy manager with them. I have worked in the care sector for many years, and I can honestly say Mathias and Natasha are the best employers. I feel valued, and very supported by both of them, we are open and honest with each other and my suggestions or opinions regarding care are taken on board and discussed.
