I commenced my employment with in-homecare chelmsford in february 21. working with mathias and natasha the ceo's of the chelmsford office. i was made to feel very welcomed at the start of my position as deputy manager with them. i have worked in the care sector for many years, and i can honestly say mathias and natasha are the best employers. i feel valued, and very supported by both of them, we are open and honest with each other and my suggestions or opinions regarding care are taken on board and discussed.
