Premier Inn Chelmsford (Boreham) hotel

With premier inn you expect them all to be the same standard.... this one excelled. from the very cheerful person who checked me in, to the fact there was a lift between floors and air con in the rooms....all things made a great visit. the room itself was spotlessly clean as well. i will definitely return here.

I just had breakfast here, although i have stayed at many other premier inn hotels. i found the usual high quality of food at the chelmsford hotel and the service was exceptional. such welcoming and friendly people and i shall certainly be returning.

It’s ok. a bit sparser than other premier inns i’ve been to, and be aware that if you’re on the ground floor then everything that people do in rooms above you is going to be heard. even walking back and forth at 5:30am on a sunday. for an hour.

This hotel provided what you expected from a premier inn, apart from the breakfast venue. the room was small and very crowded by 09.15, which meant difficult to move around to get your breakfast (small self-service buffet). the non cooked elements of the breakfast were limited, and the orange juice didn't taste of oranges (one person thought it was pineapple). the breakfast staff however were brilliant and assisted as much as possible. would i return - not sure, might try springfield nearby next time.

Superb. one of the best premier we have been to. room was clean and air con was fantastic as was a very warm night. breakfast was great. and there is a pub right next door that does lovely food too. staff are friendly, attentive and polite. overall a great experience and would go back again.
