I started seeing jo at a particularly tough time in my life where i had a lot of decisions to make, and was dealing with a lot of change, anxiety and low mood. i never felt judged, she always listened, but knew how to help and what i needed through a mixture of talking and hypnotherapy. i’m happy to say i no longer need it, but no doubt i will be back if anything changes! if anyone is looking to navigate going through a difficult time in their life, i couldn’t recommend jo enough. thank you, jo.
