I booked my daughter’s ear piercing appointment but had to change it the day before. They only had a much later time which we booked in. They very kindly called me a couple of hours later to say someone had cancelled the appointment after our original one and would we want that. They didn’t have to do this and it was very good of them since it saved us having to come back later. Sadly this type of customer service is lacking these days so they need to be commended on this. My daughter had her ears pierced by Sophia in Chelmsford. She was very kind and caring towards my nervous 9 year old putting her at ease. A great experience and I would recommend anyone to go there.

I was a walk in for ear piercing on a Monday morning. There were two women in store, both very friendly and accommodating. I chose my studs and sadly they didn’t have the size/carat I wanted so she gave me an alternative for a discount which was very nice of her (and more expensive than the original ones so it was a win win!). It was a very good first experience and impression so I’ll be back to buy some new studs for my new piercing soon. Thanks team.

Thanks for my third lobe piercing! My first visit to the store and not the last. Lovely and clean and calm in store and both women there very friendly and welcoming. I was kindly given a discount because the studs I wanted were not in stock. Piercing done and I love it. Will be going back to get new studs when I need them. Thanks again team ✨✨✨

A big thank you to the lovely lady who pierced my ears today, so gently ! I think the lady was Millie I think I have overcome my fear of needles but Millie made the whole process so calming.
